Cheryl Shook, first and foremost, is a very sweet person. She is one of the first people we met when we moved to this area and she has a way of making you feel welcomed. When we decided to move to a different neighborhood, we asked her if she could help us. Cheryl is a professional in every way...she knows the market and she knows how to coach you in showing your house. She sold our home within just a few days of listing it. She listens to everything you have to say and truly cares about her clients. I thought she was just a very quiet person when we first met, however, I came to realize that Cheryl is just a person who listens intently because she wants to do the best job possible for her clients. We would most definitely ask Cheryl Shook for her services, if we should ever need to move again.

Cheryl worked with our schedule multiple times to show us properties that we found online, she would research the market and the areas we were attempting to purchase in and line up other properties for us to look at we did not know we’re available. After several months of showing us properties, Cheryl apparently had been taking a lot of notes on what is important to us and found the perfect location and property for our family. We knew when we drove in the driveway it was the perfect place.
