I have 18 years of real estate experience in NWA with a remarkable track record delivering outstanding, consistent results. Always in the top 1% of agents on NWA. My personal sales production for the last 6 years averages $15m~ in volume per year and just short of $90m~ in sales during that same period. $13m~ sales in 2023, 27 transactions ($80,000 to $936,000) average sale $465,000. 2023 proved to be an interesting year in NWA – VERY Low inventory of homes… VERY High demand… MANY new agents working NWA.
