I have 18 years of real estate experience in NWA with a remarkable track record delivering outstanding, consistent results. Always in the top 1% of agents on NWA. Well over 90% of my 2023 business came from repeat clients and/or past client referrals to friends, family and co-workers who appreciate my professionalism, marketing strategies, knowledge of the market trends and pricing, attention to detail, service and communications.
My personal sales production for the last 6 years averages $15m~ in volume per year and just short of $90m~ in sales during that same period. $13m~ sales in 2023, 27 transactions ($80,000 to $936,000) average sale $465,000. 2023 proved to be an interesting year in NWA – VERY Low inventory of homes… VERY High demand… MANY new agents working NWA.

    Update to my review posted in March 2024. Jim was outstanding throughout our entire home buying experience. My husband & I were moving from Florida to Northwest Arkansas & we did a lot of research trying to find a professional, experienced & knowledgeable real estate agent in NW Arkansas. Our research led us to Jim Brandon & it was the best decision we could have possibly made. Jim's vast experience & professional attributes were indispensable in the success of our home buying purchase. I'm writing this update to let you know about Jim's meticulous follow-up after the closing that far exceeded our expectations. There were a few items on the inspection report & closing documents regarding repairs to be done after the closing. Jim asked that we keep him up-to-date on the items to be resolved & updates regarding conversations that we were having with the General Contractor. I imagine other realtors would have lost contact after the closing was done, but fortunately for us, Jim was eager to stay involved even months after the closing. Jim is an amazing person & encompasses strong characteristic traits including dedication, communication, integrity & determination. Jim served in the U.S. Army & embodies the core values of patriotism: honor, commitment & love of country.
